GUILD Capital
Designed for a wealth management firm in Dubai, the project responds to the need for both openness and discretion. Rather than dividing the floorplate into a series of enclosed spaces, a smoked-glass boardroom was positioned at the centre of the plan, allowing it to act as both meeting space and organisational anchor. The surrounding workspace remains visually connected, creating a sense of cohesion while preserving privacy where required.
Structured Flow
The arrangement of the office is guided by movement, visibility, and use. Workstations occupy the perimeter, drawing on natural light and maintaining clear sightlines across the floorplate. Informal meeting areas and circulation routes unfold around the central volume, establishing a workplace that feels structured without becoming rigid.
Light and Material
Light is integrated into the architecture through recessed ceiling details and perimeter illumination, reinforcing the geometry of the space and creating depth throughout the interior. The material palette is restrained and enduring. Bronze-toned glazing, muted finishes, and carefully detailed joinery contribute to an environment that feels calm, professional, and lasting.
By concentrating function within a single defining element, the office achieves a balance between collaboration and focus, openness and privacy. The result is a workplace that supports the demands of a modern business while expressing the confidence and measured character of the GUILD Capital brand.
