Practice Approach

Since beginning his career in 2012, Selvaraj has coordinated residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and workplace projects, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. His experience combines technical knowledge with practical problem-solving, allowing him to manage complex project requirements while maintaining alignment between design, programme, and execution.

Selvaraj holds a degree in Computer Applications together with advanced business management training, bringing a structured and collaborative approach to project delivery. At ADEPT Design, he plays a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and overseeing site execution, helping ensure every project is delivered with the quality, precision, and care that define the practice.
